I need some serious help. This demonstration video will only work for you if you have Windows Vista Ultimate or Vista Enterprise because only those versions support MUIs (Multilingual User Interface). If you're like me and you have Vista Home Premium then you can download a LIP (Language Interface Pack). Unfortunately, though, Microsoft's website doesn't have a Japanese LIP and I'm having a really hard time finding one someplace else. Help!
